Join us for an evening with Pamela Castillo, Executive Search Director & Partner of Staff Bright, a search firm based in Brighton, Michigan. Pamela will lead us in a candid look into how to build a diverse team and why it matters.

Pamela Castillo-Jones was born and raised in Mexico City, Mexico. Her family moved to the United States in 2001 when her dad was transferred from Chrysler Mexico to Detroit to run a special project.

Pamela holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Walsh College and has been working in the recruiting industry her entire career. She has worked for big and small size companies alike and in 2016, she became part owner of Staff Bright. As a recruiting agency, Staff Bright services all sorts of clients in the Metro Detroit Area and currently employs 14 people.

Pamela truly loves what she does and considers herself a professional networker who connects the right candidates with the right companies.

In her personal life, Pamela has been married for 14 years to her best friend Eric. They have a 2-year-old daughter, Elise, and a dog named Cielo. She loves traveling (she’s been to 34 countries), the outdoors, cooking, trying new restaurants, meeting new people, hosting parties, and spending time with family.
