Self-Defense with Heidi Sproull
Description
Instructor Heidi Sproull holds a black belt in Jui Jutzu and a brown belt in Judo and has been teaching self-defense for almost thirty years. An LMSW by training, she understands the dynamics of sexual assault and other types of violence. This 90 minute class will cover three areas: mental preparedness, verbal skills, and physical self-defense skills.
This class is open to women and girls 12 and up!
Cost is $20/ Junior League of Ann Arbor member and $25 for friends, family and the public.
